The downside is that you may not have much experience and managing your own server is more complicated that managing a shared Internet hosting account where the company takes care of the majority of things. That's why we offer an additional service for our server packages called Installation & Troubleshooting and you may take full advantage of it any time that you encounter any issues with the management of your server.
Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Servers

If a task takes less than sixty minutes, the remaining time shall be available for future tasks and you will be able to see it within the billing area. This upgrade is suitable if you do not have much experience with managing a hosting server or if you use our Managed Services upgrade, but you deplete the 30 minutes custom work it features.
